Help clients feel confident in their skin. Plush is seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about personalized skincare, thoughtful client care, and building lasting relationships.
Your role includes
- Providing customized facials and other esthetic services within your training and license.
- Conducting consultations and recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products.
- Educating clients on skincare routines and aftercare.
- Building a returning clientele through excellent service, rebooking, and follow-up.
- Maintaining clean, organized treatment spaces and accurate client records.
- Supporting a welcoming, professional team environment.
We’re looking for
- An active Montana esthetics or cosmetology license appropriate to the services performed.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional approach.
- Confidence recommending services and retail products based on client needs.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Bring your skills and caring approach to Plush. We’re seeking a licensed massage therapist who provides personalized treatments and helps clients make relaxation and wellness part of their routine.
Your role includes
- Providing massage sessions tailored to each client’s preferences, needs, and health history.
- Reviewing intake information and identifying contraindications or necessary treatment modifications.
- Maintaining clear communication, appropriate draping, and professional boundaries.
- Keeping accurate session notes and a clean, comfortable treatment space.
- Encouraging repeat visits through attentive service and appropriate treatment recommendations.

Your role includes
- Providing haircuts, color, styling, and other hair services within your expertise.

Front Desk Coordinator

Be the welcoming face of Plush! We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to help keep our medical spa, day spa, and salon running smoothly while making every guest feel cared for.
Your role includes
- Greeting guests and managing check-in and checkout.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating provider calendars through Vagaro.
- Answering calls, responding to messages, and helping clients with service questions.
- Explaining memberships, packages, promotions, and booking policies.
- Processing payments, deposits, gift cards, and retail purchases accurately.
- Supporting rebooking, client follow-up, and retail sales.
- Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Communicating with providers to support a smooth guest experience.
- Handling client information with discretion and confidentiality.
We’re looking for
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks calmly.
- A professional, positive attitude and reliable attendance.
- Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and payment systems.
- Confidence discussing services and products without pressuring clients.
- Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred. Vagaro experience is a plus.
